Former CMS Administrator Leslie Norwalk Joins HealthPlanOne Board of Directors
Shelton, Conn. - (May 4, 2015) â€“ Leslie V. Norwalk, Esq., J.D., former head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has joined the board of HealthPlanOne, the leading internet marketing and member acquisition company serving the healthcare industry.

Norwalk is currently strategic counsel at Epstein Becker Green focusing on the areas of health care compliance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and policy, and managed care. She previously served as the acting administrator for CMS under President Bush, overseeing day-to-day operations of Medicare, Medicaid and State Child Health Insurance Program. Norwalk also served for four years as CMS’s deputy administrator and was responsible for implementing changes under the Medicare Modernization Act, including launching the Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit.
